SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

All orders we receive are treated as high priority, carefully picked and packed to be dispatched by next working day. We normally aim to dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and an order confirmation email is automatically sent confirming that your order has been received.
We try our best to offer you the cheapest rates possible. The standard method of delivery is by Speed Post for all parcels under 3kgs (gross weight) and all others via 3rd party courier service. Delivery may takes up to 3 to 4 days from the date of dispatch in some cases.
Please provide correct shipping address, contact details with nearest land marks or we may be unable to ship your order. If your parcel delivery address/time is critical please contact us by email to discuss options.
Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 999. For any order below Rs. 999, we charge Rs. 50 as delivery fee.
There is no minimum order for delivery.
All parcels to have a 30 Kg maximum weight limit.
Back Orders Sometimes due to the stock discrepancy, if your item is not in stock, we can arrange backorder for you. Alternatively, we will notify you by email or telephone call with the option to cancel those lines if you wish not to wait.
SPISO FOODS (INDIA) cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in any way in transit. Replacements will be on a discretionary basis only.
If we are unable to deliver to your address and the orders returns back for various reasons like incomplete/wrong address, no response or inaccessible (flats) then postage and handling charges will be applicable  and may incur resend cost.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

At SPISO FOODS (INDIA) we believe in providing ultimate satisfaction and delight our customers by helping them as far as possible. Under this policy:
• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to [email protected] and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Products can only be exchanged if the Products returned are deemed by SPISO FOODS (INDIA) to be faulty.
• All Products should not be opened, used, damaged, tampered and should be returned in the complete original packaging with outer box, casing or bottle.
• Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer/inner packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
• Exchange or return will be done at delivery place only.
• We will take the returned product back with us and so it will save you the hassle of sending the product back to us through post/courier. We will issue a credit note for the value of the return products, which can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
